introduction to SiuBox
1 大家好 ，我是來自 Hk 的蕭銳志，
Hello everyone, my name is Siu yui-Chi and I come from Hong Kong. 人人都叫我 SiuBox ，意思是一個四出祝福人的小盒子! I have a nickname called Siubox which means a small box that keeps blessing people. 2 我是三位孩子的爸爸
I am a father of 3 children.
今年 65 歲快退休了!
I am retiring this year at the age of 65.
今日有幸來到這 服侍大家
It is my honour to be with you in BCAC today.
3 同行有二仔天心 Samuel 丶他會做我活動的助手。
My second son Samuel will be my helper.
4 上星期一家七人在悉尼探早年基層球隊隊友方海蓉丶四十年的主日學生鄭蘭心。
My family consisting of 7 people have visited my previous basketball team mates and Sunday school students in Sydney.
5 生命的相遇和結連真奇妙!
Reunion with good old friends was a wonderful experience.
今年我將在創辦和服侍了三十多年的機構籃球體育事工退下來丶計劃趁這幾年還有活力行動丶多 出國到歐洲丶加拿大丶神叫我去的地方作創意佈道和牧養交流。
During my retirement, I am looking forward to promoting creative pastoring that I learned from my 30- year basketball ministry. May God keep blessing me good health so that I can do it in Europe and Canada.
6 什麼是創牧?網上查過，很少人用這詞彙 What is Creative Pastoring? I could hardly find anyone use this term on internet. 簡單來説丶創意牧養就是師承主耶穌的牧養， Simply, it is a model that I copy from Jesus. 7 是生活化丶接地氣、全人的丶革命創新且面對當代需要丶針對內心真正需要的牧養
It is a vivid, practical, holistic and revolutionary pastoral model which can answer the spiritual need of this immediate generation.
8 按我出道四十多年經驗，創意牧養不單能啟發人心，譲表面抗拒權威的人，如青少年丶年輕人 丶中年男士
It touched all people,especially the rebellious adolescent and the isolated middle-aged man in the past 40 years.
9 香港的調查報告:返教會的中年男子比青少年還少，不到 3% According to statistics from hk, the proportion of middle-aged men in church population is less than 3%
which is even less than the youth group. 10 這些人都是神所愛的丶他們如得到適切牧養和成長丶會成為頭羊領袖丶帶領人回歸主丶成為教
會的中堅!
However, God loves them. Some of them were transformed into church leaders or evangelists who bring more people to Christ.
11 如果我們學習主耶穌全人關懷的牧養佈道，人會向我們主動查問信仰的原由，在聖靈的引導下， 很神奇，你會看到牧羊人丶頭羊和小羊一起蒙主恩成長。
If we follow this model, people would ask the source of our faith. Then we can witness the spiritual growth of both the shepherd and the sheep under the guidance of the Holy spirit.
12 小弟少年信主，䝉主呼召學習做頭羊服侍年齡少二年的小羊。
I believed in Christ during adolescence and I started to serve younger ones not too long after that.
中四開始在球場和團契做全人關懷的福音工作。
I shared the gospel message at the basketball court in form 4/grade 10.
13 中六那年在學校立女子籃球隊丶自此跟體育事奉結下不解情緣!
I formed a girl basketball team when I was in form 6/grade 12 and that was the starting point of my life- long basketball ministry.
14 廿多歲開始跟恩師蘇恩佩(她是台灣校園和 Hk 突破雜誌的創辦人) Then I followed my mentor, Josephine, So Yan-pui who was a famous Christian author and the founder
of the Hong Kong Breakthrough Organization.
在她鼓勵下創立突破少年雜誌。
I started the Breakthrough Youth Magazine under her encouragement. 15 自此藉文字和活動服侍青少年， I served the Hong Kong Youth through publishing and organizing activities since then. 16 也明白教會文化上的局限，除非教會的牧養頻道調效濶些，否則不容易留下年輕人和中年男士。
I agreed with my mentor’s view as the church culture should be adjusted to reach the youth and the middle-aged man at that time.
17 三十年前為了想服侍教會丶創立籃球體育事工， 30 years ago, I formally started the basketball ministry team.
18 起初以籃球體育為佈道，牧養平台丶與教會結伴同行，實踐動感講台丶趟開輔導室，以生命影 響生命。
we work with local churches and empower them
We liaised with churches. Then basketball courts became our mission field to evangelize, preach and counsel.
19 九七香港回歸中國。
Hong Kong returned to Chinese rule after 1997.
香港教會思想在無神論論的社會主義下如何生存，
Churches were thinking about how to survive under Communist rule.
20 神卻賜下一異象:預見 information age 急速來臨丶新世代的人在思想丶行為丶教育丶家庭丶教會 牧養受到大冲擊!
Information explosion also had a lot of impact on family, social and church culture. 21 預見康體 Recreation 文化，可以會人生命結連，流露真我丶全人得以成長!
Foreseeing recreation activities can be a link to different group of people and a door to touch their hearts,
22 我帶領同工登上康體平台丶成立創意康體中心丶 I built up the Creative Sport Centre. 研發了多個安全又適合在教會推行的創意佈道丶牧養活動系列，如 We invented, and supplied different activities packages to schools and churches such as: 康體籃球

Feeling excited after retirement as I got the chance to travel and widen my horizons.
也希望撒下一些有着從我主耶穌而來的創意牧養、全人關懷的種子和盼望，神從沒忘記這世代， 教會與主同行， Amen!
I am also eager to promote the creative pastoring model that I learn from Jesus to different churches in different countries so that we can walk with God together. Amen
